Flight Only or Package ?

Hi, We have been to Bali before and want to go again have got prices for June Package deal 7 Nights and seems very expensive.
I thought maybe booking flight only then going and booking accomadation myself once in Bali ?????????

Thoughts would be great on this one has anyone done this befoe ?
