I recommend Mengangan Island ...we snorkelled there and it is by far the best I have ever seen in my life. A woman was there for 3 days and we met her on our boat to Mengangan....its a deserted island...you stay in Pemuteran..we stayed at Aneka Bagus...it was empty but really nice and they reduced the price for a deluxe room to $40 without our even asking. We have also snorkelled at Tulamben and it is good too but not as spectacular as Mengangan. But it is a 3 hour beautiful drive, but less people go there so if you are alone you may want to dive where others are. There are 2 dive shops in Pemuteran and they send you with a buddy. Have fun wherever you go.
