No hidden agenda at all, just stating my personal experience.

No monopoly - just right of reply

Manager (not sure of exact title, he may have been sales manager??) was a man, don't have card any more but may have been called Putu. He actually was there at check in so am not imagining it. I had contact with a girl by email, but it was a man in Bali.

Bathing topless - not appropriate in a traditional village. Well I wasn't in the village I was in my PRIVATE VILLA. By the way, I haven't bathed topless at any other time in Bali. Do you also think the Balinese deferentiate between Western breasts and Balinese breasts which are quite at home in a TRADITIONAL Balinese village?? I would love to take a poll on how many honeymooners (typical villa stayers)find themselves in various states of undress in the open air of their private villas!!

The road may be lit now, it wasn't in Sep 05.

The baby cried during the day, but as there was no noise or movement from next door from late afternoon I assume they checked out at some stage (I did say, "as far as I know, we were the only guests")

No bad feeling or jealousy at all

I do not live in Bali

Rotten way to do business - don't understand that one, why?? For telling the truth??

Bad karma would only exist if I was lying (which I am not!)

I was just stating the facts so sidebar and others reading the forum could make an informed decision about accomodation choice. Take it how you will.

I am quite amused by your defensive attitude. My apologies for upsetting you, it wasn't my intention at all.
