Tailor to copy favourite top?

I have never ventured to a tailor in Bali yet.
I have a silky Japanese style top, with cross-over, a side zip and 3/4 sleeves that I absolutely love.
It cost me $15 on sale at home, should I bother to take it with me to have a copy made? I don't have any material with me, so does anyoe have a clue on what it might cost to copy and any recommended tailor that could be able to do it in a few days? Staying in Seminyak,so a shop handy and easy to find around there would be appreciated!
