These are also available (with seasonal surcharges) through periods of Shoulder and Peak seasonalities. Naturally not what's on offer currently but still lots less than regular package fares.
Your agent can access these fares through any major Wholesaler.
It never ceases to amaze me just how dopey some in this profession are! It's not exactly a difficult task (how about picking-up a phone and calling a Bali Wholesaler) to access whatever special fares are around.
