Hi guys...we stayed 10 days in Regency Club at Sanur Hyatt in July last year. And yes, there are Regency Clubs rooms that overlook the ocean - we stayed in one. I can't recall exactly, but I don't think we paid any extra for this. The hotel is over 4 levels (including the ground floor) and the sloping architecture means that the higher your room level, the shallower your balcony is. A word of warning...the physical dimensions of this are very large hotel! I think the rooms are spread out over 3 "courtyards" Our room was on level 4 in the second building and looked straight onto the ocean. There are plenty of palm trees around that prevent an uninterrupted view of the water but the for the most part it's still quite spectacular and the sea breezes are alwys good too! The original block of Regency club rooms basically all faced onto the garden where the Regency Club pavilion is located. These rooms have an interesting bathroom architecture that features a separate shower and shutter grilles that allow you see into the bathroom. This creates a sense of open plan and "feels" roomier than the roms that have the bathroom seperated by a solid wall. As Regency Club has become more popular, the hotel has created more accomodation optionsthat overlook the ocean. The highlight of Regency Club is te pavilion where you enjoy breakfast and beverages...this is bliss! This is a magnificent place to escape to. You'll love the choice of breakfast, the attentive service and tranquility of eating and relaxing here - it is a far cry from the noise and chaos of the genaral dining area. If you'd to see some pics of the property or you'd like any other info, please feel free to email me. Cheers - kevin
