not strange at all but memorable for us. Both my plain wood and painted-wood delicately carved bird mobiles are a daily joy. In front of windows, they swirl with the breeze ... and my delightful new Burmese kitten loves leaping up & playing with them. Every time I am in Bali I look for new ones with no luck:( Think I got these in the mid/late 80s. It's funny how things are everywhere one year then totally gone the next. Now I never think "I can always get more next year" because next year I can't!!
