I went to the cooking school at Casa Luna (Honeymoon Guesthouse) last year. It was really good, fun day. It's really cheap, 250,000rp per person. You get heaps of food to eat, learn heaps about the Traditional Balinese cooking and herbs and you get a little cookbook of what you did that day. It's at Ubud and starts at 9 or 9.30 and goes until 1pm.
