the domestic and international are not that far away i think there mey even be a shuttle bus that goes between the 2 as for accomodation there is heaps of motels and stuff near by it shouldnt be mre than a $15 taxi ride and the airport should have brouchers and stuff there anyway.im not to sure of the suburbs name thought sorry but all the motels are on the great eastern hway.
as for flights i have been to bali a few times and i have only ever been delayed once and that was with garuda but i have never been delayed with qantas/australian airlines
