hey you can try valuair.com they have cheap airfares from bali to sinapore.. never used them was just reading the "milk run" post on here the other day and checked out there website. Think they had like $90 one way so fairly cheap for return. I flew singapore to bali in middle of november 05 with garuda only booked the day before but cost about $260 one way. hope that helps
