We exhibit show dogs and went around with the sole idea of looking for an "attractant" totally different to the whistles and horns used by everyone else. We bought gorgeous "maraca" type things from Geneva. Heaps of "honky nut" type things attached to a short bamboo stick. Rattle gently and very quiet, hard and very loud. "Perfect" 11,000rp each. We brought 6 and will get more. I put them in a big plastic bag with our other wood gear, sprayed a whole can of insect spray in , then sealed for a few days. Went through everything taping well and knocking sawdust off and made sure no webs in "nuts" (there were quite a few when we bought. Had no problems with customs.
Geneva also had a fair range of Indo instruments (Gamelan) Sooo cheap.
Other place to have a look is Gramedia (do a search, you will find info)
Hope this helps
