Hi havent got around to doing my JBR yet but thought I would report on the Oasis. Its down a short walkway off JL Bakung Sari in Kuta. Buildings in a U shape with pool down the middle. Buildings all the same, standard only. A concrete building that they painted in light grey inside with dark brown furniture. Started off downstairs which has minimal natural light but moved upstairs after returning from Lovina. Upstairs rooms have a verandah and a chair and maybe a clothes airer if you are lucky and there is more natural light. Pool OK not very deep so couldnt dive in. Some loose tiles but not a huge problem. Our fridge and air con barely worked but we managed. Breakfast adequate but as they cater for a mainly Asian and local crowd theres usually noodles and rice dishes. Room staff very friendly but staff in the restaurant barely spoke to you. You usually had to ask for tea/coffee.

Would I stay there again. Probably not but if you are already booked then its OK. I would say more 2 star then the 3 that they say. The bonus was that they were overbooked with a domestic group over the weekend and asked us to go to Lovina for 3 days. That was the highlight they put us up at the Aditya Beach Resort all expenses paid and that was great.
