We are from Sydney but booked through golden bali which are located in Adelaide. Nothing was a hassle, and my initial contact was thru email for a quote.

We received our tickets this week and they were couried to us and we had to sign for them and this was done overnight. We paid by direct deposit into their bank acct or you can pay by credit card or money order. They specialise in Bali Holidays.
