it is a beautiful resort. Our first trip to Bali. Don't have much time at the moment, but any questions will be answered. We stayed for 11.5 nights, 2 families of 4 adults and 5 children aged 3-8. Great resort for kids, they don't have a lot of family suites available though. Resort pools are spread out nicely, and for the size you don't see as many people as you'd think. Food fantastic (pricey) as with drinks (enjoyed happy hour!). Used the shuttle bus service (they have 2 mini buses) once to Seminyak, the driver did'nt speak very good English, and dropped us off in an awkward spot. For the most part we had a driver "Brocky", will get his number if you wish. He was great! very knowledgeable and doesn't live too far away from the resort. He took us into town a few times, also to Ubud one day and elephant park at Taro another. We paid him 200,000rp for the day - which I believe is very reasonable after reading this forum for months. We also met his family, and I took a suitcase of childrens clothes over and and gave them to him for his village. Will hopefully do a JBR this weekend, still in travel mode, but school holidays are bringing me back to reality!
