archives it only takes a couple of minutes to set up the sim card. The information I have found has varied on price but seems to be about 50 000 Rp to purchase set up card which comes with about 30 000 Rp call credit. Costs of calls are 8 000 Rp per minute to Aus and sms is 500 Rp each. You can also then top this up with more call credit if needed.
