I went to the place on Jl Pantai Kuta that does mainly foot reflexology. They were charging approx $40 for foils (the most expensive place I saw) so i decided to go to them. I figured if I was paying more, I would be paying for quality. WRONG! It took the girl 3 hours to put in 7 THIN foils, by which time it was 10 at night. She told me to come back the next day and she'd do the rest. The next day i brought my friend and got her to put in the foils for me. Once she did that, she went off to do a spot of shopping and agreed to meet me back a bit later. Then the lady decided to put me under the heat cap, explaining that it quickened up the process. Never having had the heat cap before I believed her. After 15 minutes she said that the foils were ready to come out. Aarrghhh. 15 minutes?? My hairdresser leaves them in for close to an hour. But no, she told me it was only 15 minutes because of the cap. Hmmm. Turns out she was wrong and I had the orange hair to prove it.
I wore a hat for the next couple of days until I could buy some hairdye. So be careful and only go to places that have been recommeneded!!
