The shuttle is fine, they also have one to Ubud. I found cabs easy to get to and fro the hotel.
Dress standard is just like anywhere else in Bali tho guests did kind of 'dress up' for dinner.
If your'e into golf you'll love..buggies, caddies, towels and drinks all provided. Though I would recommend you take your own clubs and shoes as these can be pricey to hire.
