I can't go past Seminyak -it has everything that we enjoy, including peace and quiet and the sensational restaurants!
I got the Dusun in a package deal from Australind Travel, near Bunbury in WA, flying AA with 5 nights accom the total cost was $A1,500 each.
The quoted net price from the Dusun is $US240++, but there is a travel agent along Jalan Kunti where I can get a cheaper rate, so will book this next time through them, as we have FF tickets.
(Send me an email to:
cbentley at amadeus dot net dot au if you would like further info)
At the Living Room we had delicious frogs legs and duck crepes for entree, then a pork dish and squid ink calamari for main - we just never get to fit in deserts, so I missed out there!!
Didn't try Soho, but will add to the list for next trip.
Next trip we want to try Japanese at Kuni's, we had intentions of having our last meal there, but we couldn't walk past Punto and Basta and decided a second meal was needed, which I am pleased we did! We tend to eat around 7.00, and all restaurants are really empty around htis time, most people seem to want to eat after 9.00pm - that's beyond my bedtime.......Ha!
cheers,
Caroline
