Last year I bought about 30 bracelets from some guys down a street near Bali Dynasty. I ordered the type I wanted and came back the next day to get them. I paid them with the $2 & $1 coins and 50C & 20C I had been given by the girls at work. They were all very happy with their purchases and are all still wearing them a year later.
If you get a product you are happy with and it ends up costing you $4 to $5, does it really matter if they are made of the coins or what they do with the coins after you give them to them. They are just trying to make a living, after all. When you think of all the junk we buy from the likes of Cunninghams, The Reject Shop and GoLow, it doesn't seem like such a rip off.
