Aussie tetra pak juices are easily obtained as well as milk. Also get your kids used to brushing their teeth with bottled water - that was our biggest concern when our son was small. Another big problem in Bali with small kids is ensuring they don't get dehydrated - be sure you have water with you always.
Keeping them amused can be a challenge - take paper, colouring pencils (crayons melt), buy cheap books, toys etc before you go, have a "going out bag" with some of their favourites in it as well as a new item now & again to keep them from getting bored. Consider hiring a pembantu - child minder, either occasionally, daily or for a few hours - the Balinese are great with kids, just love them. Check with your hotel. A pembantu can provide great respite for parents and lots of fun for the kids. And try to avoid taking a stroller - the sidewalks in Legian/Kuta are not stroller-friendly.
Re: food, most place do pancakes, jaffles, burgers - stuff kids love. No worries about food for kids.
Be prepared, then relax and enjoy:))
