Air Paradise Upgrade + "Manicare"

Um sorry to bother with such a lame q but I'm planning to take just hand luggage over with me in Dec but can't survive 10 days without my beloved eyebrow tweezers - can you buy manicare brand tweezers over there?

Also - has anyone upgraded to Super Economy ex Adelaide - last time I went we got upgraded for free because my friend is a travel agent. Want to upgrade but unsure of how much $$ it costs.
