to retail as each outlet wouldnt need a variety of sizes... would also take up less room in the shop so airport places more likely to retail... those small shops always seem so crowded...
Also they are lighter if you decided to mail order them off the net would be cheaper...
i hope this is not seen as negative as I have really thought about this input...
perhaps a few BTF members im bali could sell them as well... i know Id love a hat or cap... I wanna meet some of you in january
