I was just reading your post of 20th September, and thought I'd let you know that GENEVA has these bowls in 2 sizes. I bought the smaller sized one in July 2005 for 35,000rp. I wish I had bought more for presents now.
Customs checked it at Perth Apt, but it was fine. Make sure you check that they sit upright without "wobbling" though. The colours vary, and there were 2 designs to choose from as well. Also check for borer, as Customs said sometimes they have it.
Can you remember the name of the shop which sold the glorious costume jewellery, along from your hotel? The frangipani clips sound lovely, and I will check them out when I next go which if I am lucky, will be in late October.
