We bought many GBA games (no DS), from many different places - Matahari's, other dept. stores, DVD stores. I'd stress ALWAYS check them. My son was v disappointed in some he bought.

Pokemon Emerald (bought from the dvd shop everyone on this forum raves about)- text was in Japanese (despite being assured it was English). He returned it a few days later, and was exchanged for a supposedly better one. It was English...but after playing for a few days and getting his pokemon evolved to some great level (can you tell I don't really understand this!?), then the Pokemon disappear...and they can no longer use them. Trust me - for a 10yo this is bad!
