in Adelaide and they have advised that the only way to catch it is to have direct physical contact with live poultry. As I am a big scardie cat when it comes to birds, I won't be going within cooee of them. Sometimes you do see a rooster in a bamboo cage which is obviously going to be used for cock fighting but I wouldn't give that practice any attention.
The Medical Centre also advised that there will not be a vaccine available for another 2 years.
Basically, it is just common sense.
