sounds gr8 if you make good coffee the rest will come we have a cafe hear in nz , i tell u folk will walk miles for good coffee , i get the coffee dt when i bali as i wont drink bad coffee ,
that book exchange does sound good , mags to , where are you from ??
as some tourists dont like the barter for thing you could just have a fixed price gift shop in other part so they can brouse & drink works well in other places
