Had a quick peek in there last Christmas-time when walking around Monkey Forest Road. Don't know the rates...but looked to be a bit better than the budget places along Monkey Forest Road but wasn't anywhere near as nice as the Komaneka up closer to the market. Based on that, I'd say rates are around $40.00 or $50.00/night. If I were to stay there I wouldn't pay more than that even in peak season. It was clean and the grounds were swept up nicely and the staff was nice About 5 or 10 minutes walk up to the market.
