2 thin beach towels (LT -leave there)
2 swimming costumes
3 good undies
3 good bras
all my old "last-time wear bras & undies ( I wear them the last days & toss)I have this thing about travelling with dirty clothes lol
3 or 4 of tops (LT)
denim shorts & skirt ( I find denim the best travelling fabric}
I head straight to tailors & get a few more tops and a couple of dressy yet casual uncrushable pants suits made. Usually 3 days to make.
I wear old thongs or sandals or old joggers on the plane
they all get tossed once I break in new ones.No use giving them away I'm a 10 (in shoe size lol)- Even most of the beach boys don't fit my joggers.
My toiletries I put asside during the year when they are 1/4 to 1/2 full so I give away & toss whats left. I use expensive moistureiser so when it gets down to about a 1/4 I put it aside for Bali. I have in the past packed a large material type esky of deli goddies but not any more. I can not do without my 1/2 iced large bottle of water - this gets me through the airport - I have been offered $10 for my trusty bottle of icy water - especially if it's a lonnnng wait. I usually top it up with water when i get on the plane so its always cold when we land. I do have a thermo carry case for it.
I take a tourch - I always travel with one and I leave it behind.
I have a couple of books, a heater/invertor, a few teabags to get me started and a couple of long life milks & a cup & a couple of plastic glasses.
Sunscreen, mozzie coils , antiseptic wipes, double adaptor & converter ,
I do take a blow up ring to float around in but I have been known to not use it. I leave it at the hotel.
Nex trip I am taking my snorkle gear- it weighs about 4 kgs
The rest of my stuff is donations and gifts.
