I have recently done the run around and tried several agents in Perth and if you are a member of the RAC try Hortense at the Carousel (formerly Maddington) Branch. Great service and good price - she really wanted our business and has been fantastic with following up a few things for us without a need for constant hounding. Some agents don't try too hard to give a good price and some don't even bother to phone back after they let you go to answering machine when you first call.
Hortense only works a few days a week but we also found her offsider Steve to be helpful when we visited the store and Hortense was out.
