Hi Geri,

Eva fly direct from Heathrow to Bangkok, and it takes about 12 hours. We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade with Emirates once, and it spolit us for ever! We were sceptical about it, but were really pleasantly suprised. Also, most of the cheap flights go via somewhere, so the direct flight is another bonus.
We paid £610, inluding tax, leaving in August, returning September, so we were flying peak time. We used Airline Network, but Trailfinders are usually the cheapest, and they don't chage for using credit cards.
The other cheap airline in Business Class is China Airlines. We used them last year, again in August, and we paid about £800 with Trailfinders - at least £400 less than any other airline. The only problem is they go via Amsterdam, and you have to fly BA economy on the LHR - Amsterdam sector.
Hope that helps.
