more organized than others but I found them mostly to be new releases, comedy, drama and so on then another section with them alphabetically....so same movies in both parts of shop. As others have said though you can give them your list and come back later or browse whilst their getting your list together. Most shops have 3-4 staff if not more so no problem there. Check that you have the correct movie though, we had several movies exactly the same but with different title!
