and do not expect 5 star luxury however we found the rooms (we had two) both filthy. We had a toilet leak all over the bathroom floor. Every light switch or power point was black with filth (the manager would not even touch them), there were patched holes in the baths that were not sanded back so very rough on the kids, black rings around the bath, soap residue from previous guests. House keeping did not give us toilet paper for two days and there was none in one room (had to ask for it). There were empty bottles left outside our room prior to us arriving and although we asked for them to be removed they were still there when we left. Rubbish bags were left in front of the rooms all day without being moved. This is just some of the problems us and others experience there. If it was just us that had a problem I would think perhaps it was just us but as every one (and I'm not exaggerating) complained constantly and others who came saw their rooms and promptly checked out I have to think it was a big problem with the hotel. We all wrote written complaints to our agents on return and since the wholesalers have been and looked at it and no longer advertise this hotel. I took the manager through and showed him all of my complaints as did the other people staying there at the same time. Not one person who stayed here was happy. They may have well taken all of our advice and subjected it to a big clean up since. Beware of the live wires surrounding the pools and dont expect to get a sunlounge in the shade. There are only 4, two of which are in the sun all day. The other two are taken over by two massage ladies who lay around on them all day not allowing paying guests to use them. We did not see them do a massage on anyone while we where there.

The restaurant had dirty table cloths in the morning yet we hardly saw anyone eating there in the evening or morning.

Perhaps they have changed their ways since our stay and all guests complaints. Also we had the last 2 rooms downstairs. I would not recommend the rear room as it backs on to an alley and at all hours of the night the locals can be heard having very loud conversations while revving up their motorbikes when leaving and arriving to work. There is also a very loud rooster. If you want some sleep this room is not advised.
