it was the LBH as we had sent confirming email prior. They made us pay extra for our room when we had already paid the correct amount it was the best bungalow out the front close to pool. We had it refunded by them when we got back to Aust. and put up a fuss, we also received an apology letter from them for waking us up so early in the morning to check bar fridge and an apology for not including us to duty free shop. As it has been said they don't really cater for the aussies with their friendliness. It was such a task just to be served near the pool area for lunch, and it took forever to arrive.
As I said and I'll continue to post if people ask - I HATE THE PLACE.
