The "Best" driver???

Hi all,

I know the question is asked all the time ;-), but who could recommend a driver, who
- is licensed
- reliable and trustworthy
- has some knowledge about Bali (culture, nature etc.)
- doesn't want to bring you to shops (we aren't so much in the shopping thing).

Please let me know the contact details and maybe als the price that the drivers charge you could recommend.
