I have just returned from Bali last weekend I did the cooking class at the Tegal Sari Hotel in Ubud the che was Nyoman Sudiyasa who owns the Sate' Bali restaurant. The class was fantastic. We had 4 in our class, but he told us that he has no more than 10 at his restaurant. The menu was very basic, nasi & mie goreng, sate', fish parcels, lumpia (spring rolls) a pork dish, sambels, curry pastes, pandan pancakes, and coconut coated banana thingys!! just to name a few. It was well worth the money and time,we all came away with a wealth of knowledge. Had we known that he owned and run his own restaurant we would have gone there, but we only found out when he talked over dinner with us. Try it, you wont be dissappointed:)
