Best rooms are Ground floor 1109 - 1116 and 1100 - 1108 2nd Floor 2209 - 2216 and 2200 2208 3rd floor 3309 - 3316 and 3300 - 3308.
Have a look at www.balihai-resort.com under "Location" and you will find a map of the hotel which gives all the room nos I have shown above and their location at Bali Hai.
