if you are so demanding that you have refused the kind genuine offer as you need them by beginning of October you won't get any more offers, even though forumites are incredibly generous people!! Be realistic... now 13th September people going soon wouldn't be back in time and you can't wear a new pair of shoes for a marathon!!!!
