especially good marinated & cooked in a mild plum sauce. It is THE absolute best cooked as Kangaroo tail soup with lots of vegetables - especially if you like the strong gamey taste of some meat.I was eating it very fresh probably as young as a 2 year old after my Dad & his mates had done their local farmers mates some favours. What about roast or stewed rabbit before myxomatosis was a big deal.I am sure I am not the only one who remembers - the day of the man walking up & down the street calling out " rabbit -o" It was good cheap meat & a way to feed your family.

Have your ever tried goat? It tastes very similar to lamb when marinated & roasted & it is especially nice minced & cooked as patties on the BBQ.
Let's get real people - we ALL like different food at different times - so WHO cares ? I am not a vegetarian & don't apologise for not being one BUT I do like eating & cooking most styles off food whether at home or OS.I DO like variety as many others do.
Let's not give each other a hard time over what we do & don't eat in Bali or at home - live & let live.
