It is probably best to discuss your accomodation options with your travel agent as they know your budget etc. For sure, you don't have to have your ceremony where you are staying, so you could choose a budget hotel for your stay but go upmarket for the wedding ceremony itself. Some hotels charge a little more for guests not staying inhouse, but it usually isn't a lot more.
With regards to the restaurants alex mentions, La Lucciola have a function room but you can't have your wedding ceremony there due to the proximity of the temple. Ku de Ta allow ceremonies once more, but the venue fee is steep, but check it out if budget isn't a problem. Gado Gado & Ma Joly's will set up an area for a wedding ceremony. We have special venue set up packages at both of these restaurants.
