I can recommend a good driver, his name is Komang and he is fantastic. I use him everytime I go to Bali he will even pick you up from the airport. He is great with kids, speaks good english and has a great sense of humour. He will also take you anywhere you want to go. He will reply to any emails or SMS's straight away and is reasonably priced.
