We visited the Bali Franciscan Orphanage just a couple of weeks ago.
Did the same thing took heaps of kids clothes over and bought more stuff like personal hygine products & first aid products from Makro in Sanuar which is cheaper and you don't have to lugg it all over. I did some research on the net with addresses and contacts. We had a fantastic experience as we were with our three children and it was great for them to be able to give something back to the beautiful Balinese people. Father Hady the local parish priest in Kuta had his driver take us to the orphanage which I'm sure we would never had found. Here's some contacts to help otherwise just do a search for more info from the forum.
