Hi
We stayed at the Puri raja Hotel in Legian right on the beach.
Activities
The Bali Budaya Eco mountain cycle Tour full day tour Fantastic day cost $51 per adult $35 per child under 12
well worth the money
Waterbon Park Twice cost $61 for the four of us and the second visit was about $20 for the four of us
Blue Point Villas at Ulawato spent the day at this magnificent hotel on the cliff top overlooking Ulawato lunch included and use of the pool that is on the cliff top overlooking the surf cost $25 per adult $15 per child This was a great day as well
Other than that we were just busy doing nothing if you can call wandering the streets talking to the locals shopping and lots more of shopping. Went out for dinner every night average was probably around $25 -30 but you can eat cheaper or more upmarket
As having two teenage girls I would probably give them $150-$200 and say that's it buy what you want when it runs out tough. Make sure you have a list of prices with you and your money will last.
Lists to obtain from this site are
Don's guide (for bali virgins)
Restaurant list-update
Di's Do's and Dont's
Ultimate price list plus do's and don'ts
also go on to this site www.oanda.com/convert/cheatsheet and print off an indonesian currency converter then laminate a few and keep them in your wallet and that will help you see what you are paying.
I took all of the above with me and refered to them all the time.
My Children were 10 and 12 the 12 year old has a whole summer wardrobe of Roxy Billabong ect as with the 10 year old.
Hope this helps any more questions keep asking
Regards
Clare
