Not in production anymore & not available.
Other similar types/indonesian monopoly are and were still available at a far cheaper price.
Apparently there were about 15 different Indonesian versions of the board game Monopoly which were called Monopoli but only one Baliopoly

Yes, buying secondhand is your best best.
The one you describe is the first edition & the one I have.
Handcrafted with wooden hotels etc.
"Edition: Baliopoly - First edition
Publisher: Nigel Salinger Holiday Trading Game - ±1999
Dimensions of the box: 27.5 x 27.5 cm
The game:
This is doubtless by far the nicest edition issued in Indonesia.
Till early 2001 there was a website telling about this game: "Baliopoly is a handcrafted board game, made in Bali by the combined efforts of over one hundred Balinese. Baliopoly is designed to take the players through the most popular tourist destinations and local customs found on Bali, by landing on a game square of well known locations such as Kuta Beach, Nusa Dua Beach Hotel, Made's Warung and Waterbom Park & Spa."
However, in a serious attempt in Februari 2001 to locally buy this beautiful game it turned out that it was no longer available. I'm therefore afraid the "second edition" will never be issued because of "differences of opinion" between the publisher and Parker Brothers/Hasbro, "
