Still Confussed!!!

Hi all I am still confussed about visas!!! Myself and a friend are arrriving in Bali at aprox 3pm on Sept 25th then leaving on ct 2nd at midnight. wil this mean we will have to get a visa for more than 7days? what do u think we should do?
any suggestion wll be great
