Depends on where you're gonna be about then. If you're already in Jimbaran Bay, I think it'd be ok. If you're in Kuta, I'd pass. I'm sure there are a lot of other spas closer to Kuta that might be a better shot. The skill level I'd say would be on par with any of the other places, it's just the decor feels a bit run down. Like if I compare Baliwis to Zen, Zen wins hands down and then some. I'd guess Baliwis would be like 2nd or 3rd tier as I got the feeling that this place gives tourist guides a good cut. For myself, the next time we're in Bali, we'll be looking for Spas in Kuta. If you do a search, you can come up with a few names to try.
The lulur/herbal paste massage was fine. The ladies were pretty good about it. Don't have a clue about the hair treatments.
