Sim Cards

Does anyone know if you can buy sim cards for your mobile phone in Bali, I know they are available for other countries, but can't find Bali on the website, so just wondering if anyone has seen them in the shops with english instructions. Not going till next year (3/3/06 cn't come soon enough) so no hurry for response. Love this forum
