I have no doubt that the countries that you listed will come to their aid. It may not come in the form of money but I am sure that they will help with rebuilding the city and getting people's lives back on track.
I am sure that lil' Johnny Howard is on the phone to his best mate George Bush making plans while we speak. ;)
