The last thing I want to hear in Bali is: "G'day mister. Ya want transport or what?"

Here's a better idea... why don't we endeavour to be as pleasant to each other as the Balinese are? Why don't we try to regain the sense of community we lost when we built six-foot fences around our yards and started watching Big Brother to see what other people are doing instead of having tea with our neighbours?

Let's apply what we can learn from them here, and otherwise let them get on with their own lives.
