Very interested in your comments regarding the Hyatt in Sanur Roadrunner - we are staying there the week after next and I'd love to know more about the refurbishments. Also, the Gold Card. I am a Hyatt Gold Card member but the Travel Agent said that I could not use it in Bali because I had booked a travel package through them What was you experience with it?
