Are you in Su's Prince in Gang Villa Coco off Double 6 Street? This has an entrance courtyard (for vehicles), a reception and restaurant area out the front. You only use the restaurant for your 'included' breakfast. Then you enter through to the pool area which is rectangular (clean and has a shallow spa area too) & has 2 storey bungalows on either side. These look to be the nicest accom. From the back of the pool you wind your way down a path set in pretty gardens to the other 1 BR bungalows. These are 2 storey as well, but the upper storeys are separate accom. accessed by stairway. I think everything in this complex is at least a 1 BR plus open plan lounge/kit/dining + bathroom. It's all adequate and I didn't mind it at all. The beds were comfy, the sheets changed daily. But it is a bit run down and shabby. The sheets might have the odd worn bit in them. The taps in the bathroom don't match. The furniture is dated and the walls are dabbed in 80's pink decor. But if you've only got one room, then I think you must be staying in the other Su's Prince - the original one - which is the one we were dropped off to by mistake. I only glimpsed that briefly so it wouldn't be fair to comment but I did get the overall impression that the pool at our place (Gang Villa Coco) was better. Are you flying w. Creative Holidays via Flight Centre, as we did? The requirement for our fare was only that we include x amount spent on accom so if so I think you will find there is some flexibility there. You could upgrade, stay for a shorter time, move to somewhere else recommended on the Forum perhaps? I don't know about Kuta/Legian but elsewhere accom is a bargain at the moment and there's no need to pre-book unless you have your heart set on one place.
